Your Dream Board

Im still doing Insanity, two weeks done already! Tomorrow i have fit test again, so i can compare my results. I feel much stronger.

Today i wanted to share with you an idea that i have used so many times in my life to get what i want. Its a Dream Board or Vision Board. Every time i want something, i simply make a collage of pictures, words, things that represent my wish. For example i used to have acne. So i made a collage of beautiful faces and people with clear skin. As i made it, i was thinking that this is a reality for me right now and i truly believed it. I put it somewhere i can see it every day, for example near to my mirror. So every time when i look into the mirror i see my vision board and acne-free skin. It was slowly planted into my subconcious mind that this is true. And now i have clear skin!

At the time i didnt know that i could achieve clear skin through raw foods. But it doesnt matter - you dont have to know HOW you´ll achieve your dream. You just have to WISH and BELIEVE and then universe will make it happen :)

So this time i decided to make my Vision Board about the healthy body that i want. And this time i decided to put it on my desktop. So i can see it every time im on my computer. And it looks like this.





















I put there pictures of fit bodies as i would like to have. Also the foods i would like to eat. I wanna eat lots of fruits, also i wanna increase my green leafy vegetable intake, i wanna drink more water. I wanna do my Insanity for 60 days. I wanna spend time sunbathing. Im little worried about my teeth, as i think i may have some cavities, since last year was not so good for my teeth (lots of yo-yo-ing between fruits and pure junk), so i put there picture of healthy teeth.  Also last year i had to cut my hair short as they were really damaged. So i put there picture of long shiny hair as i would like to have. You can put there basically anything you want. Its your dream, its your wish. Just find the pictures that really motivate you and resonate with you.


I have done this so many times and i have got what i wished for EVERY SINGLE TIME, no exceptions. It really works! Try it, what do you have to lose anyway? :)
