30 Days done, another 30 days to go...actually i have gained little weight. When i started i was a bout 60 kg, now im 61,6 kg. Come to think about it...i should just throw out my scale anyway...whats the number gonna tell me? That i gained some muscle? No, it cant tell me if i gained muscle. That i lost some weight? Yeah, sure it can. But it can be just water weight. Even if i lose some fat, the scale can tell me that i actually gained weight, eventhought it might be muscle. So the scale it absolutely useless.
But other thing i wanted to talk about is that i finally quit using shampoo! I dont have any results for you to show right now, but i have been using baking soda-water mixture to wash my hair. And you actually CAN get it clean. But it sure may take some time getting use to. At first you might need to wash your hair more often until you restore your hair natural balance. But after washing with baking soda my hair actually feel stonger. Every time i have washed them previously they feel very light with absolutely no volume. But after washing with baking soda they kinda hold better. And its cheaper.
And after reading alot discussions about raw foods and teeth health i decided to start to take good care of my teeth from now on. I bought electric toothbrush and dental tape. I wash my teeth with baking soda or a toothpaste that conatins no fluoride or glycerine. After every meal i try to at least rinse my mouth with water or baking soda-water mixture. I floss every night. In few weeks i will be back in Estonia and maybe im gonna visit dentist to see where am at. I might have some cavities since i havent had a very good cleaning regime previously.
In 3 days we gonna leave Broome and start driving (2300 km) to Perth to catch our plane on Saturday night. We gonna fly to Bangkok and stay there for a week and then fly to Estonia, my home :) Havent been home for 1,5 years now. Its gonna be awsome! So next week while we gonna be driving i cant do Insanity, but i can start again in Bangkok.
