Breakfast: 10 bananas, 6 dates smoothie

Lunch: 10 bananas, 7 dates moothie

Dinner: 3 banana ice cream, 9 dates wrapped in lettuce

Cals: 3482

Monday, tuesday, wednesday i work 12-13 hours a day so i have no time to write more about my day. But i try to include more information on the other days :)
