Breakfast: 8 bananas, 4 dates amoothie
Lunch: 10 bananas, 6 dates smoothie
Dinner: Banana-date dessert: 3 chopped bananas, 6 chopped dates with 2 banana ice cream and cinnamon
Cals: 2973
At lunchtime i was very hungry already, probably should have had more cals for breakfast...
