Running at the beach 45 mins

Breakfast: 9 bananas, 4 dates smoothie

Lunch: 10 bananas, 6 dates smoothie, 1 small head of iceberg lettuce

Dinner: 6 bananas, simple salad with 1 big zucchini noodles and 2 big corn kernels
