Running at the beach 30 min

Breakfast: 8 bananas, 6 dates smoothie

Lunch:  1 litre coconut water, Apple Pie in a Glass x2: frozen banana cream mixed with apple, dates and cinnamon (See recipe in 80/10/10 recipe section).

Dinner: grapefruit, little bit of pineapple, iceberg lettuce
