Nerve Energy

Nerve energy is NOT the same with "plain-old energy", the commonly known "energy". For example when you sleep, yes, you get energy for the new day, but you also get nerve energy, what is very important. If you drink coffee in the morning, you might feel "energized" but it doesn´t give you any nerve-energy, what can come from adequate rest and sleep.

Many of us wants to push themselves to the limit - to accomplish much things in a short period of time, not taking enough time to rest and recharge our batteries. We find that the mind is willing, but the body is weak. If this cycle of pushing and not resting continues we might experience physiological and mental depression that mirrors the over-expenditure of Nerve Energy. And weather we use the stimulation of our own adrenaline - the price is always exhaustion and sometimes even death.

Natural Hygiene is the only health care system that follows the laws of life and it centers around only one thing that will bring natural, lasting, true health - the restoration of high nerve energy through program of healthful living practices.

The only way to health is to start supplying the health conditions and to stop poisoning ourself! Eventually your nerve energy will be restored by the correct living practices.

The energy enhancers:
1. Cleanliness - both external and on the level of the body tissues and fluids
2. Pure Air
3. Pure water
4. Adequate rest and sleep
5. The ideal diet
6. Adequate sunshine and natural light
7. Right temperatures
8. Regular exercise
9. Emotional balance and freedom from addictions, with high self-esteem and a purposeful life with meaningful goals
10 Nurturing relationships

Energy robbers:
1. Uncleanliness - both external and on the level of bodily tissues and fluids
2. Unclear air
3. Impure water
4. Inadequate rest and sleep
5. The SAD diet
6. Inadequate sunshine and natural light
7. Abnormal temperatures
8. Lack of regular exercise
9. Emotional unbalance and slavery to addictions, with low self-esteem and a purposeless life without meaningful goals
10. Toxic relationships

"Nerve Energy" that is no way what refers to candy bars or an exhilarating horse ride.

Nerve Energy is NOT...

...what the body consumes in form of food or drink.
...what the body uses in the form of muscular output.
...what the body generates in the form of heat.
...what the body burns in the form of calories.
...what the body employs to secrete fluids.
...what the body feels in the form of stimulation.
...what the body expends in the form on mental activity.
...what the body exudes in the form of charisma.
...what the body stores in the form of potential activity.
and so on and on...

But what Nerve Energy is...


It is the low-grade electricity generated by the brain that innervates the muscular, nervous and glandular tissues such that all bodily functions are performed within their normal and healthful parameters.


Think of the Nerve Energy as the power generated up in "The Main Power Plant", the brain itself. It is Nerve Energy that electrifies every cell in our body, every muscle, nerve and gland. Peripheral Nerves are "The Power Lines". They relay generated nerve energy in the form of nervous impulses from brain to cell and, in some cases, back again. The trillions of muscle, nervous and glandular cells in the body receive the "electricity" from the Power Lines and convert its voltage into usable kilowatts.

But when "The Main Power Plant" cant generate enough Nerve Energy our body will suffer and there might be even a breakdown. When Nerve Energy is high and bodily toxicity is at acceptable homeostatic levels, health at its highest levels is our direct and joyful experience. Contrariwise, when nerve energy is low, cellular functions are impaired and such impairment results in toxemia, suffering and finally - death.

You can "recharge" your Nerve Energy by
1. Sleep
2. Rest
3. Fasting
4. Meditation, biofeedback, prayer or some activity that provide body and mind deep rest.

If you simply drink coffee, when you are tired, it is the same as whipping tired horse to move.

  1. Omg, I just love your website!!! I'm vegetarian for years and 90% vegan, I make green smoothies every day, love bananas but have never seen anyone tha eat so many bananas in a day like you! I know a family who doesnt let theirs kids eat more than one banana a day because it can cause constipation lol, but they let them eat cheese, stupid hun?! I LOVE your recipes and I'm looking forward to use more bananas in my smoothies :)
