Part 2: What is Diet?
Everything what body uses outside for nutritive purposes should be included as a part of the diet (food, sunshine, water, oxygen..). Foods are raw materials of life, but there are other vital needs for life, too.
What do our dietary authorities teach?
- That our diet plays no role in disease and that dietay indiscretions are primary cause of our suffering.
- They look for hobgoblins for the cause - germs, viruses and bad genes and to fight them with poisonous drugs and deadly, expencive therapies.
- They trust commercial TV, press etc. for information but they are simply fooled.
- Drug addiction among medical professionals is 44% higher than general populance!
- Medical personnel are praised in TV and other media because its all controlled by drugsellers-owners.
- They get people sick but get all the praise.
Dietitians as providers of customers to the medical industry!
Nutritional professionals teach the basic Five Food Groups and nutriently adequate program to follow.
Many our natural foods are nutritionally adequate within themselves (bananas).
"Thou shalt not poison thyself"
Five Food Groups are responsible for more than 95% of our country´s (America) ills.
The basic five food groups consist of the following:
1. Milk and dairy products - All are pathogenic, they would never be consumed in a state of nature. Only human milk is for humans.
2. "Protein" group - red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes (peas, peanuts, beans) nuts and seeds. Nuts and seeds can be eaten raw but only with vegetables because otherwise they are too acid-forming. Some peas and beans can be eaten raw, too. In nature we would consume very little nuts and seeds. All others are abonimations in the human diet.
3. The grain group - Rice, wheat, corn, oats, rye, barley, millet is unfit for human consumption except sweet corn what technically is fruit. Else is disease-causing no matter how prepared.
4. Fruits and vegetables - Commonly called as vegatables but actually fruits are tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, squash and peppers. Everything what ripens when its seeds are viable are fruits! Generally called vegetables are also cultivated grasses and weeds like lettuce, cabbage family members, kale, collards, spinach, chards, broccoly, cauliflower. Some are beneficial but some have toxic substances. Fruits are our best foods.
5. "Accessory foods" - salt, sugar, pepper, condiments, spices, candies, syrups, honey, wines, beers, jellys, jams, vinegar, oil. Nutritionists are miseducated puppets in the matter. Its not cientific and is responsible of proliferation of disease.
Food and drug companies endow and control the advertising and are directly responsible in all this.
They want us to not think and question and be mediocre like "Roman slaves".
These food groups have nothing to do with nutrition! they are simply representing the marketplace division.
Rich companies control food industry, covernment and educational industries. Thats why no nutrition classes in medical schools!
Most of us have never heart of natural foods for humans. These Five Food Groups are told us as being "science". Pathogenic fare is praised as if it were manna from heaven.
