Part 6: How to Determine Your Dietetic Character


1. Humans developed in nature and we are equipped to easily discover, acquire, appropriate, digest, absorb and utilize foods to which we are biologically adapted.
2. All acts that humans must do to thrive healthily are pleasurable and joyful. All that result pain, sickness and discomfort are unhealthy.
3. Our natural foods have no poisons or lead to our poisoning, except under very abnormal conditions.
4. Foods not sutable for human consumption cause suffering, sickness and disease.
5. Animals and humans in nature who cannot eat their natural food suffer starvation, except humans can pervert themselves dietarily to survive, but they suffer diseases as a result.

Some outstanding facts for your consideration


1. Humans like other species have specific faculties for finding, taking, consuming, processing and utilizing foods which they are adapted to.
2. Despite of our current mixed diet, our natural dietary nature have not changed
3. Our natural food will give us nourish we need
4. We can produce our natural foods to meet our dietary needs to attain our highest potential
5. Symbiosis and cooperation exists in nature to an extent we do not realize.

Exogenous and aesthetic requirements of our natural foods


This concerns the properties foods must have to meet the human biological disposition. Our natural foods self-evidently existed in nature sufficiently to supply the needs of the populace at the time. They had to be available in plenitude, otherwise adaptations would not have occurred that we can easily determine.

Aesthetic needs of our natural foods


These foods must have been eaten by humans sufficiently long period so than we developed all the requirements to digest, utilize and absorb it, as well as find and gather it.
Therefore our natural foods must have aroused our senses and attention - it had to be beautiful to the eye.
1. Natural food must appeal to the eye.
2. It must excite our sense of smell. In its natural state of course.
3. A natural food must be easily apprehend and acquire with our natural faculties (feet, hands, nails and so on)


Our natural food must be easily consumed in their natural state as modified by our natural faculties only.
Not all natural foods are easy to process for humans. Some need some proccessing before we can assimilate and digest them - therefore they are not natural for humans to consume. Humans are most fastidious when it comes to their food compared to other species.

Our natural foods must be a gustatory delight in their natural state
Humans lived long before they mastered tools and fire, therefore we should consume foods in their natural state. It must excite our palate and be delightful in their natural state.

Endogenous requirements of our natural foods
Our natural foods are the raw materials our body use for its function. It must be nutritious and contain no pison to our body.

Our natural foods will not intoxicate or poison us!
"Thou shalt not poison thyself." If a food has components or compounds for which we secrete no digestive enzymes, that component is toxic to our body. Our natural foods require almost no enzyme secretion.

Our natural foods must be easily and efficiently digested and utilized
Animals are equipped to easily handle their natural foods, so are humans. If something needs preparation, then its not our natural food. The less efficiently the food is digested, the worse it is for you. More strain, more drain. Less strain, more gain.

Our natural foods must have nutrient adequacy that proportionately supplies our various needs
Our natural foods amply suppliy our nutrient needs.

Our natural foods must adequately supply our caloric needs.
The RDA for our caloric needs is about 50% too high! Our natural foods have more usable calories that cooked foods. As fiber is a neutral factor, being virtually unused in its passage through the intestina tract, we need not consider it as nutrient even though its caloric values are included in conventional figures because it is a firebox calorie. Our foremost fuel is glucose and fructose. The body can use these as is.. If we eat starches, we must heat them to break them down into glucose. Our starch-eating abilities are very low, which indicates that it is not our natural food. As glucose and fructose are our natural sugar, we will experience about 95% energy gain if we get these directly from our foods. But equal amount of starches will result about 40% of its potential. Humans have no enzymes to completely break town starches - all breakdown is through crushing and chewing.

Our natural foods must adequately supply our amino acid needs
So we actually  need amino acids, not proteins. If we eat proteins, they must be laboriously digested, to break down to amino acids. Our actual needs for amino acids are about 21 g per day, or 84 cal. But when  you throw some extra bricks to your building, it may jam things up. In our natural diet amino acids are almost 100% usable. But in the conventional diet they are only 20% usable. Cooking deranges and even destroys proteins and amino acids, so they become unusable except as carbs.

Our natural foods must supply our needs for mineral matter
Mineral matter that body can use consists of organic, living substances. Heat quickly destroys the organic context, so it will return to inorganic state. So it will become the same as it occur in soil, rocks etc. Minerals which the body requires become toxic if they are inorganic. According to the RDA, the body must have about 1% of its solid food intake as minerals. To be usable these minerals must be in an un-deranged organic state.

Our natural foods must supply our needs for fatty acids
There was, at one time, said that there are three essential fatty acids: arachidonic, linoleic and linolenic. But today only linoleic is said to be essential. Popularly, linolenic fatty acids are named as omega-3 and linoleic fatty acids are omega-6. Essential means that it needs it, because body cannot synthesize them itself. Our body never developed the ability to synthesize it, because they they were so plentiful in foods, the same as with vitamin C.

Our natural foods must supply our needs for vitamins
Eventhough our needs for vitamins are a very small amount, they are essential to our well-being. Our natural foods supply all the amounts of vitamins we need.

Our natural foods must supply our needs for miscellaneous nutrients
In any event you can be sure, that our natural diet will supply us with necessary nutrients we need in quantities we require. After all, our virtual abandonment of our natural dietary fare is only a few seconds on the clock if we regard our earthly existence as being 24 hours thus far. And our natural fare is scientifically established as responsible for our high state of development.

Our natural foods should supply our water needs
Healthy people eating their natural diet usually have enough water in their body without drinking. While thirst generally arises from pathigenic conditions within, there are exceptions: extraordinarily warm climatic conditions, extraordinarily low humidity, periods without normal food intake, eating good foods that have been tried, heavy labour or ewercise under warm conditions, and yet other conditions. When thirst arises, always drink pure water.

Our diet must be alkaline, overall, in metabolic end products
This means no more at least 80% of alkaline-forming foods against not more than 20% of acid end-product foods. Humans healthy pH is 7.40. Any significant variation in the pH result in coma and death. Acidosis is deadlier that alkalosis.  The body can easily discharge excess organic alkalis, but must neutralize excess acids. In the absence of sufficient alkalis, our body must take alkaline matter from our bones, especially calcium to help with neutralization. Americans eat predominately acid-forming diet., it will result in osteoporosis and metabolic disorders.
